The conference is organised in collaboration with the Danish Royal Library and is supported by the Carlsberg Foundation. The deadline for registering - whether you are a presenter or not - is 1 October 2015.

Part of the conference proceedings and the Friday evening reception will take place at the Black Diamond, the main building of the Library. In this connection, we have organised a free tour of the beautiful old library building from 1906 and the impressive Black Diamond extension from 1999. The Royal Library Centre for Manuscripts and Rare Books has commissioned a small exhibition of books that relate to the conference theme.

William St Clair will give his keynote address in the Blixen Room, which we have rented for the evening.  After the talk, we will convene for a wine reception served by the famous restaurant Søren K.

On Saturday, the conference will conclude with a dinner at the famed restaurant Spiseloppen, situated in Freetown Christiania, one of Copenhagen's most cherished attractions.
